|  The story of the Festival Julian Rachlin & Friends starts in the year 2000. , when the maestro Julian Rachlin performed in Dubrovnik for the first time, in Dubrovnik Summer festival. Rachlin fell in love with the town, and created the idea of the Summer music festival, with performances in the unique historic center of the Town – the most beautiful of all stages. JULIAN RACHLIN
Julian Rachlin is recognized as one of the most charismatic and exciting violinist of his generation. He performed with leading orchestras and conductors, and his powerful and refreshing performances receive praises each time. Performing in the best concert halls across the world, Rachlin brings the audience to its feet. His performances ensure him every time the invitation to return to that place, for another spectacular performance. As recognition for his great talent, he was awarded with the prestigious international Accademie Musicale Chiggiana.
